Peacefully positioned detached bungalow set on the edge of this pretty coastal town of Ilfracombe in North Devon, just a short walk to the town and harbourside.

This delightful bungalow is set on the edge of this seaside town, just a short walk downhill to the bustling town and harbourside with its many amenities and attractions. Ilfracombe is a popular destination at any time of year thanks to its stunning Tunnels Beaches, interesting aquarium, range of shops, and choice of well-regarded restaurants. For those who like nothing more than spending their holiday relaxing on the beach, this area is a real treat, with numerous sandy beaches within easy reach including those at Woolacombe, Croyde, and Saunton Sands.

Enjoy a wonderful stay with family or friends. Walking up the flight of external steps which lead to the front door, guests will immediately appreciate the elevated position which provides the property with fantastic views. These views can be enjoyed from the comfortable lounge/diner, where an inviting leather sofa and two chairs with individual footrests allow guests to put their feet up and relax whilst watching their favourite TV show or movie on the Smart TV. The table and chairs provide ample space for everyone to eat together. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The property has two bedrooms, the first of these is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request), the second bedroom is a twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request). The bathroom completes the accommodation with a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, the property enjoys an elevated patio area at the rear of the property with garden furniture and views across the rooftops towards the sea, it makes this a great place to relax after a day’s sightseeing. Roadside parking for two cars.

Comfortable cottage with lovely views. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable with good quality bed linen. Good location for exploring the surrounding area.

A comfortable bungalow, however the photographs are deceptive. It looks twice the size on the advertisement. It is also a good 20 minutes walk into Ilfracombe, which is also differing from the photographs. The kitchen needs more equipment. The enclosed garden is also deceptive as it is not directly attached to the house, which is a problem with theRead more dogs as they are free to go around each side and into next door. Beautiful cottage, very clean, comfortable beds, The door key was a bit hit and miss but not a problem we used the back doors. Paddington and Lucy had an amazing holiday and its all about the dogs Thank you for letting us stay x

I personally enjoyed the location and the property itself for one week and would liked to have stayed two weeks. The owner was particularly talkative and friendly when I spoke with him.
