Ilfracombe is a popular destination at any time of year thanks to its stunning Tunnels Beaches, interesting aquarium, range of shops, and choice of well-regarded restaurants. For those who like nothing more than spending their holiday relaxing on the beach, this area is a real treat, with numerous sandy beaches within easy reach including those at Woolacombe, Croyde, and Saunton Sands.

Walking up the flight of external steps which lead to the front door, guests will immediately appreciate the elevated position which provides the property with fantastic views. These views can be enjoyed from the comfortable lounge/diner, where an inviting leather sofa and two chairs with individual footrests allow guests to put their feet up and relax whilst watching their favourite TV show or movie on the Smart TV. The table and chairs provide ample space for everyone to eat together. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The property has two bedrooms, the first of these is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request), the second bedroom is a twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request). The bathroom completes the accommodation with a shower over the bath and WC.
