The large utility room has a Belfast sink, washing machine and tumble drier and is ideal for washing off muddy paws, and kicking off boots and shoes. A large pantry is off the utility room and is ideal for storage of that essential food and drinks. A useful WC is off the hallway next to the kitchen. A smaller but bright and airy dining room offers a little dining table and chairs as well as a separate desk, ideal for those who need to study or work whilst away.
