This lovingly converted barn situated on a family-run farm has a stunning decorative finish both inside and out, as well as an enclosed garden and a private hot tub. The king-size master bedroom benefits from the use of the en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. The ground floor features not only an ornamental stone fireplace and exposed beams but also recessed downlights and a stylish kitchen with swathes of chrome. French doors allow passage from the living room out onto the patio area, where you can slip into the hot tub or fire up the BBQ in the evening.

Heading 1 mile toward the coast you will reach the beach at Sandy Bay, which can be followed to find the picturesque village of Combe Martin and some incredible views of the cliffside. This village, which is 2 miles by car, is a quaint gem with five local pubs, superb fish and chips and an ice cream parlour. Exmoor National Park (8 miles) and the seaside town of Ilfracombe (5 miles) are also within easy reach.

We loved The Barn. It's spacious, spotlessly clean, homely, well equipped with everything we needed and much more. We arrived to find scones with cream and jam in the fridge, fresh flowers and a bottle of wine to welcome us. The living area is spacious and cosy. The hot tub is fantastic. We loved staying here.
