Basically a comfortable, well located house. Parking is certainly only for two small cars. Visitors should remember to pack handwash/soap, tea towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and cloths.

We stayed for three nights as a family of four (children aged 12 and 9). The cottage was perfect for our needs - well equipped, great location near the Hoe, clean and comfortable. Will certainly return next time we need a place to stay in the area.

Great place, great location, really nice bistro nearby. Could do with more cutlery and mugs otherwise well equipped. Blinds in the master bed were somewhat erratic but beds comfy. Owner very responsive when I had some queries. Had a lovely holiday, thanks.

Fantastic quieter location in Plymouth, a few minutes to walk to the seafront and then a 25 minute walk by the sea to get to the Barbcian/main harbour. It was on a quiet road and there is a park very close to the house. The house itself was very well furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The en-suite is technically a toilet in a sloped-roofRead more 'cupboard' and a shower/basin area which leads straight into the main bedroom. However, this was quite quirky and added to a very enjoyable stay. :) Hide

Clothes storage was very poor as there are no wardrobes in the bedrooms - jus hangers and hook on the walls & there are no chairs in any of the three bedrooms sitting, clothes and shower towels. The shower on the top floor bedroom is not very private and the small hand basin though modern is not very practicable for washing or shaving due to the poRead moresition of the duel tap cutting-off the middle of the basin. The cooker oven grill does not get hot enough for cheese on toast but the oven is ok. Hide

A well appointed comfortable cottage in a handy location, Lack of outside space other than the parking area could be a problem for some, but children are well catered for in the nearby park. Parking only suitable for 1 large car.
