This beautiful three-bedroom penthouse apartment is situated in one of the most commanding coastal locations within the town of Ilfracombe and enjoys spectacular coastal scenery. The bustling seafront has a selection of good quality restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops. You will also be spoilt for choice with the selection of golden sandy surfing beaches such as Woolacombe, Croyde, and Saunton. For keen golfers, there are two golf courses within driving distance of the apartment.

There is direct private access into the apartment via the lift and use of a unique key. Doors from the landing lead to all rooms. The impressive open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen enjoy spectacular sea views and provide plenty of space and seating to relax and enjoy the surroundings as well as a Juliet balcony to open up and take in the uninterrupted views. There is a Smart TV, Play Station, and Blu-Ray player as well as a family size dining table and chairs providing seating for 6 guests to sit and enjoy meals together. In the kitchen area, there is an American-style fridge/freezer, electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, and microwave. Stairs lead to a small upper landing with doors opening on to the apartment's large two-tiered roof terrace. From the open-plan living area the hall leads to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and dressing room area, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a seperate WC. There is also a useful utility room with a washing machine and storage area.

The impressive roof terrace enjoys uninterrupted views in all directions across the town, sea, and coastline with plenty of room for al fresco dining and space to soak up the sun and amazing scenery. Steps lead to a turret where there is a further secluded area. There are two allocated parking spaces situated within the gated communal parking area.

Loved the apartment and location. Spectacular views.. However would not go back as a family as obnoxious smell in second bedroom makes one feel sick. Such a pity. Chocolate emporium in town worth a visit as is Giovanni & Lucas Italian restaurant .

Six of us spent a week here at the begining of March, the property was exactly as described, well equiped with plenty of seating and nice and spacious. No real negatives and would definitely stay here again , a most enjoyable week spent here and would recomend to anyone.

The best view in Ilfracombe with an unparalleled stunning outlook over the sea. The penthouse flat is well appointed and well laid out with lots of room including a roof terrace. The Penthouse is set above town and gave us unparalleled views above Granville Point and across the Bristol Channel. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Two parking bays in the secure area were a real assett.

Great location and perfect apartment for large family. All en suites is such a luxury, although second double does not have stand up shower. It has bath with handheld shower attachment. Beds were ok for us but if you are allergic to feathers beware as quilts and pillows contain them. Excellent location. Views are so much better than the photos. Property was clean and well presented. Comfy beds, soft linen and cosy sofas. Kitchen is well equipped with good quality items. There is so much to do in the town we didnt need the car at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at this wonderful penthouse. Just to look out over the sea and hear the waves crashing was awesome. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and plenty of space so would thoroughly recommend.

We returned to this appartment following last year's visit. It was exactly the same, still incredible. The appartment is well appointed with everything that you need and is spotlessly clean. We had 3 cars with us and had no problems parking the extra car in the road in front of the building.
