Great house and location. Slightly faded grandeur but this appeals to us. Really good room layouts and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. We used caterers on Saturday night, Nancy Rowe, and can thoroughly recommend her. Lovely meal, dealing with diet restrictions, vegans and everything inbetween. Everything you could possibly want for entertaining a large family reunion. The grounds offer excellent photo settings and plenty of scope for childrens activities. The large bedrooms give a quite space to retreat from the family chaos if needed, and the the downstairs rooms are large enough for everyone to congregate.
