This fantastic farmhouse is close to Devon’s famous golden coast offering miles of sandy beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde, Putsborough, Westward Ho! and Saunton. All are a paradise for surfers. Barnstaple is a short drive away and offers indoor shopping at Green Lanes arcade, a pannier market and theatre. At the town’s railway station, you can join the traffic-free Tarka Trail, perfect for cyclists and walkers. Bike hire is available from Fremington Quay. Also within easy reach are Combe Martin, Braunton Nature Reserve, Exmoor National Park, and coastal resorts such as Lynton and Lynmouth. You could also visit the picturesque town of Ilfracombe or take a day trip to Lundy Island. Fishing is available approximately three miles away.

The dining area has plenty of seating and is ideal whether you’re grabbing a snack or sitting down to a special meal. The stylishly designed kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and is fitted with granite work surfaces, a large island unit with electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.
