Good size cottage tucked away in quiet location and good for exploring N Devon. Being able to walk to the local pub and chip shop rather than have to drive all the time a plus. Cottage had everything we needed and nice and clean when we arrived.

This cottage is awesome! We had a lovely time...so cozy! There's everything you need and the conservatory is a great addition for dumping (and drying!) everything when you get in. The layout and thought that has gone into it means that the cottage doesn't feel small but does feel the perfect size with real warmth. Neil & Denise are great hosts (broRead moreught candles when we had a power cut in Storm Dennis!) and the best bit is that the garden is attached to the house and enclosed & dog safe! Hide

Had a fantastic week. Can walk from cottage to beach/coastal path. Lots of walk recommendations from guy who manages the property, who was really helpful. Loads more lovely beaches within 30 minutes drive. Safe, enclosed garden for the dogs. Perfect!

This is a great holiday cottage. We had a warm welcome from the owners. The cottage itself is very well equipped and was scrupulously clean. The enclosed garden was perfect for our 2 dogs.

We had a wonderful week staying at Water Lane. A really well-equipped cottage in a fantastic area. Our 19 month old loved the walk down to the bay to play on the beach and enjoyed playing in the lovely secure garden. There is so much to do in North Devon. We loved it and will definitely be back!

The cottage was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The sun room was a very useful additional space for families sharing. There is lots to see and do in the area, our favourites were the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and the narrow gauge railway at Woody Bay. Combe Martin has a few shops and restaurants and we ate 3 times at the nearby Pack O'CRead moreards which was very good. However we found the beach rather disappointing for a small toddler. Hide
