We really enjoyed our stay at North Nethercleave Farm in North Devon. The cottage was clean and well equipped. There were some biscuits for us and the dog as well as a bottle of local apple juice. We chose this location as it was close to Barnstaple and great place to get to other North Devon towns and villages. There was a washing machine and a tuRead moremble dryer in a outbuilding and a separate place with table tennis and air hockey table. Kids enjoyed petting the farm animals. Hide

Barley Mow Cottage this was a lovely cottage and tucked away in the countryside. The cottage is well equipped with most things you will need. We cant say on the log burner in the front room as we were not left any logs to use on it which was a bit disappointing. Everything you need is in the cottage. The only thing I would say is the settee. Its quRead moreite uncomfortable. When I booked this cottage, I thought it was on its own, but after turning up it has 4 other conversions around the courtyard. Hide

We had a great weeks stay at Barley Mow. It was clean and comfortable and had virtually everything we needed ( minor omissions being a sink bowl and drainer and a measuring jug). We really enjoyed sitting under the canopy having morning coffee or evening drinks, overlooking the playing field with countryside views. The vast utility room with space Read moreto dry wetsuits was very handy, it also had a washing machine and tumble drier which was very useful. The children loved the games room with cinema! Hide

The cottage was in a lovely, quiet area and Hannah made us feel really welcome when we arrived. The table tennis and home cinema were good fun and gave us something to do when we needed to shelter from the rain.

Brilliant location, Hannah was amazing, sorting drinking water when we all had a problem with the main water supply. Very well equipped accommodation. A very warm cosy accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage and are already planning our next trip down here. The cottage had everything we needed and more to make our stay perfect. The children loved seeing the animals on the farm and playing outside - they slept brilliantly too! What a fabulous property and location. We stayed in the Barley Mow accommodation. You have everything you need and more. Beautiful views and peaceful. Only half a mile to the pub which is by the river and very nice people running it. Locals make you feel included. Less than half a mile to the train station. We went into Exeter for the day for 12 reRead moreturn. Nothing is a problem for Laura and Jim. Just text them and they'll respond. Or their farmhouse is right opposite. Will definitely stay again.
